Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects a person’s ability to communicate and interact with others. Many people with autism have difficulty finding and maintaining employment, but this is not always the case. Some people with autism are able to work successfully, and many employers are becoming more aware of the unique strengths and abilities that people with autism can bring to the workplace.

Objectives:

1. To explore the training programmes to improve employability skill for autistic Adults
2. To look at how the UK support disabled employees through Law and Adjustments
3. To discuss the challenges and the benefits facing employers supporting autistic employees
4. To visit training providers/institutions/colleges who provide hands-on training 
5. To visit places of work where autistic employees work.
6. Working with UK based companies who have branches in the MENA region to learn from their experience how they managed to adapt their programmes to include Neurodiversity 
7. Meet employers/policy experts and providers at a conference.
