With two decades of transformative leadership experience, I innovate and improve programs, transform organizations, bring the best out in my teams, and achieve the desired outcomes and targets. I bring a unique blend of business acumen, and academic, administrative, and financial expertise, with specialties in student success, enrolment management, academic operations, accreditation, partnership development, revenue generation, and regulatory compliance. My executive roles in private, public, non-profit, and proprietary institutions, provide a unique and highly effective skill-set to implement successful initiatives, innovate programs, drive growth, and achieve organizational impact.

• Campus leader and Chief Academic Officer of an allied health school with 1000+ students, 40+ faculty, and 3 academic departments including a Practical Nursing Program.
• Advise on strategic initiatives, i.e. workforce development, branch campuses, partnerships, and maintaining regulatory compliance for a $33mil enterprise.
• Tripled the enrolment capacity to significantly expand the Nursing Program.
• Led 90% increase in annual enrolment in the associate degree program.
• Design and manage student success programs, engagement, retention, and re-entry.
• Direct campus academic operations/HR, policies, and compliance, and lead departments including Academic Advising, Career Services, Student Services, Registrar, and the Library.
• Successfully led ABHES reaccreditation and NYS Office of Professions recertification for Nursing.
