Head of Research, Evaluation and Clinical Support Richard Mills is a senior autism researcher and consultant, and Adviser to the AT-Autism Board. He holds international academic and consultancy roles, including positions at the University of Bath, Bond University (Australia), Taisho University (Japan), and the Autism Resource Centre Singapore. Formerly Director of Services and Director of Research at the National Autistic Society, he has contributed to NICE autism guidelines and published extensively. His expertise includes behaviours of concern, programme evaluation, and service design.
